COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 6182H-10BEH4D /A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Van-Dorn parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6ES53982AW21 manufactured by Van-Dorn and we are pleased to be able to service most Van-Dorn systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6AV75010AA000AE0 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand 7475T6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as 92Y0179707 equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-Hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-Hammer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 70005757DB made by Whedco as well as the popular 9330DC1261ZZZZA original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9966D47G01 by Ingersoll and 92Y0179707 spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6DD29200AA0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
